Innovative Tax Relief saved me a huge headache. I was behind a few years and my very diligent case worker did all the work, ordered all tax documents and all I had to do was sign. This was a professional and thorough experience. I highly recommend.

Innovative tax has helped me tremendously. Lisa and her team have given me peace of mind.

Ivy from Innovative had been a blessing. She has helped walk me through the processes and has been awesome with communication. She has worked hard to get my taxes back in order and maximizing my refunds. 11 out of 10 for Ivy.

I am pleased with Lisa , the representative for innovative tax relief . Her demeanor really sets me at ease !she is always calm and friendly. She is understanding and soft spoken . Never rude ! She mentioned a medical issue that she has been experiencing. She did not go into much detail . But her actions show me that she is dedicated to helping me ! I would definitely work with her in the future if the opportunity arises!

If you’re having tax problems, definitely call this company. They took care of all my needs and got me a great outcome on my case. It took a while, but everything got taken care of and I like to give a special thanks to my case manager Ivy she went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met and just offered a great customer service experience.

Pretty good service. Smart people working for this company which makes the process even better and faster

I strongly recommend this tax filing company for their outstanding service. Victor Alejandro has been managing my taxes for several years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. He consistently goes the extra mile to make the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free for his clients.

(Translated by Google) Victor and the entire Innovative Tax Relief team are true professionals. They saved me almost $20,000 in back taxes. Their customer service was excellent; they were very attentive and informative throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they inspired confidence throughout the whole process. I recommend them 100%. Thank you, Victor, and the entire team.

Innovative Tax Relief has been a life changer, life saver. I was on a payment plan to the IRS for years. Then Covid came. I stopped getting notices and I stopped paying. My debt was getting larger. I was overwhelmed. Then I received a call from Innovative Tax Relief. I listened to them, they answered my questions. And I knew it was time to trust them to help me . From the beginning of the process I felt hope for my future. Lisa L. my case manager has been wonderful ! Very through, kept me updated. Lisa not only worked on my tax years I owed but she went over every tax year to make sure nothing was missed. I am 65 years old and owed $64,000.

Ms Ivy was very helpful and professional in helping me with my tax situation. I was very nervous about the outcome but she assured me that she would do her absolute best to help. I've had other agents over my case that I had to call just to get an update but Ms Ivy kept me abreast of all updates and I truly appreciate it. Keep it up young lady and thanks soo much for your help. Stay safe 🙏

I was going through the reviews and noticed that one customer took issue with an employee named Ozzie. I was quite surprised to read this. I just spent nearly an hour on the phone with Ozzie and I can't say enough about this man. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, a good communicator... I'm talkin this guy walks on water ok. A great representative for this company. I have been stressing for several years over a tax issue I have. Ozzie gave me hope again. N̈ow I feel that I no longer have to look behind me to see if I'm being followed by an IRS agent. Ozzie... I have but one thing to say... WE ARE NOT WORTHY !!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Sincerely, Doug T.

I would really like to thank my Rep. a Ms. Lisa Liriano. Lisa really went the extra mile to ensure that I was kept up to speed with the progress of my case. She was attentive to my questions, and always got back to me with a prompt and thorough explanation. Her knowledgeable, friendly, and professional demeanor made an uncomfortable situation for me, as comfortable as it possibly could be. Overall, everyone that I dealt with there was courteous and professional, but Lisa really took the proverbial baton and gave me that extra kick through the finish line so to speak.

Victor Acosta has been extremely helpful in preparing my 2024 Income Tax return. He is professional, respectful, and very thorough. He is a determined individual who cares about doing the best job he can for his customers. I have complete confidence and trust in Victor and the staff of Innovative Tax Relief. I know if I have any questions or want to provide Victor with additional information, he will be available by phone, text or email. It has been a pleasure working with Victor.

Great service provided by Lisa Liriano. Lisa got my tax balance reduced by 50k and low monthly payments and no future fees and penalties. I was really surprised and happy with the resolution. Thank you Lisa

This company is amazing. I'm not the easiest person to work with. Yet they were patient and more so knowledgeable. Held my hand through the whole process. A special thank you to Vic. My worker.

Innovative Tax Relief provided my husband and I with impeccable service. With a new baby on the way and very little time to iron out our tax situation, Victor was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure that we were looped into the process every step of the way. Instead of prolonging our issues and accruing more debt, we were able to focus on creating a plan of action that allowed us to tackle our taxes on our own terms and find true relief along the way. I would give 10/10 rating to Victor and the Innovative Tax Relief team. We are truly happy and grateful with our decision to seek help through their services.

Ivy 'Fernandez, has been my Case Manager for over one year, she has shown me that she unto my calls understands my personal issues as it related to back taxes owed. She has made herself available To my calls and e mails. I am confident with her decision making when it comes to keeping my account in good standing with the IRS.

Did a great job figuring out what I was missing, and explaining thoroughly what steps I needed to take moving forward. Very satisfied!

Victor always keeps me informed and helps me with everything. I’ve already signed up for next year.

I started out a couple of years ago and I had a lot of debt. Over the course of about 2 years they worked with me. I'm not very tech savvy so mine was a slow process. But I'm very happy with the results they got me a debt from 17'000 to 3850. My payments are 38 dollars a month and I can finally have some peace. Thanks everyone that helped me.

When I first heard of Innovative Tax Relief (hereinafter "ITR") I was a bit reluctant. I did not want to be a victim of fraud. However, they assuaged my concerns, specially Victor. Dealing with the IRS is scary as they are known to be the worst debt collector and have no empathy. ITR was able to lower the amount I owed tremendously, in which I can breathe a little. Victor was patient with me, knew of my concerns and work with me. As a matter of fact everyone at ITR, from the ROA and accounting were professional. I highly recommend ITR and I will be using them, specially during tax season. Their entire staff is awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you Innovative Tax Relief you are awesome. I owed 41,000 in taxes and you helped me to clear them up. Thanks especially to Mr Manny and Mr. Victor, you guys are awesome.

When I started my journey to seek out experienced tax relief help I went to google. I will say that the number of companies who work in this field is overwhelming. However, I’ve made it a habit to read the reviews from others who have walked in my shoes. When I clicked on innovative tax relief I was pleasantly surprised by their reviews. Immediately I made the call to innovative tax relief, and from that moment on success was on my side . From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and fast. It took four days to finish and I received the best news from innovative, tax relief.

Mr. Jordan's exceptional customer service and expertise in Tax issues were key in resolving my Tax situation.

Bernice, my case manager, explained everything in a way I could understand and got the best deal available to me. My experience was good under difficult circumstances and I am recommending Innovative Tax Relief and my case manager Bernice worked very hard for me and I’m glad to have them on “my side of the table”

✨️The positive outcome innovative Tax Relief LLC provided through their thorough investigation and Tax Strategies my Federal Debt was wiped clean. I went from being $25,000.00 in debt down to zero dollars owed. Also with the new strategy in place I can now Collect a Federal Refund which I haven't had a refund in over 14 years. Glad I went with my gut feeling and utilized the services. Moreover, their rates were easy on my pockets as they worked with me making the entire process stress free! I explained what was going on and if they could help me to resolve these issue I'd really appreciate it. They (He) Kendrick Estoff and Paula explain what they do and could help with all my back tax years and come to a positive resolution for me. It took a while and I was getting Nervous about the outcome and when were they going to call me back. After about 10 days I received a call from Kendrick with GREAT NEWS in regards to my TAX issues. Kendrick inform me that My payments on my late taxes were reduces a very small affordable amount that I couldn't believe.

I am so happy that David was persistent with his phone calls to me. Thank u David, Kendrick, and ITR so much. The light at the end of my tunnel is super bright.

"After an unexpected and nearly devastating income tax bill, I contacted ITR for some guidance and help. They delivered, making an ugly situation manageable. They obviously have some backdoor channels to the IRS, making a phone call and removing some of the penalties that had been levied. They have been extremely conscientious in their follow-up, with emails, messages, and phone calls. If I ever were to need tax help again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. I highly recommend these folks."

Innovative tax relief done a great job on my tax problems, I would recommend them to everyone who has tax problems, thanks innovative

I was in tax trouble and paralyzed with fear to change my tax person. I was approached by Innovative Tax regarding programs that may help me. Although they didn’t have any programs to help me they did have a ton of knowledge and ways to improve my situation. Jornan and Tom both took time to explain things to me so I could understand what was happening. I know nothing about taxes but today I can say I am much clearer on my situation and how to fix it. I was angry and stand-off ish. I don’t trust people or believe anything that comes from their lips. I’m difficult to work with due to that issue. Jornan and Tom were so patient and understanding. They listened to me and truly helped me.

This whole team was so incredible to me, from start to finish. It began with Bernice, who was very professional with her great listening skills, she asked questions I would not have known to divulge (Thank you, Bernice!), and ended with Jornan (I tip my hat to you, sir!), who was just as great and professional. They are exactly who they advertise they are, and did exactly what they said they would do. I could not be more happy with all of them, from digging for the right information, to prompt follow up and follow-thru. The end result is that they made me whole with the my tax debt, and I could not be happier.

They have a definite plan of action for your debt solution. If you want/need help with clearing your debt, give them a call for yourself, and you’ll see.

GREAT company. Fast, friendly, honest and a real pleasure to work with. They charged a fair price and didn’t try to get more. Very straightforward in all aspects. HIGHLY recommend.
